These past weeks, as I counseled and prayed with individuals who were feeling overwhelmed, angry, and moody, I could sense the weight of their struggles. Life has taken a dramatic turn for so many of us, pulling us away from familiar comforts and into the unknown. With the future uncertain, I realized that countless minds are burdened with worry, fear, and anxiety about what lies ahead.
In today’s fast-paced world, our minds are often bombarded with an overload of information, constant notifications, and the pressures of everyday life. It’s no wonder that many of us experience feelings of stress, anxiety, and negativity.
